Payment
- Full payment in USD is required (by Paypal or Wise) before starting any work.
- Payment must be made within 72 hours of the invoice being sent.Cancellation:
- Refunds are allowed only if the commission has not been started.Complexity fees:
- Complexity fees in addition to the base price may be charged depending on the complexity of the design / pose / composition / props for the commission.
- Backgrounds may also have a complexity fee.
- These fees will be discussed & agreed upon before starting.Revisions:
- Revision requests are only allowed at the sketch stage & rough colour stage. After this, major revision requests will incur additional fees.
- Once the drafts have been confirmed, no edits can be made unless I forgot to include something / followed the reference images incorrectly.Time:
- A commission may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to complete from the time of payment. You may reasonably ask for the commission status at any time but please don’t rush.
- More complex commissions e.g. customs, may take longer due to the increased back and forth communication.
- If you have a deadline for the commission and need a fast turnaround, that will have an additional rush fee (to be discussed).Art Usage:
- Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper crediting is given e.g. relevant social media links.
- Do not trace over, redraw, modify or edit the art without permission
- Do not reproduce the art unless discussed
- I may showcase your commission in my portfolio.Commissions are for personal use only.
